Instructions for abstract/paper/poster presenters
The official language of the conference will be English. In exceptional circumstances Slovak and Czech may also become feasible. Accepted papers are to be submitted in English language.
Definitive Abstracts for all accepted contributions will be published in the Abstract Booklet, which participants will receive at the Conference. For preliminary registration for Conference participation it is enough to send a brief abstract (up to 200 words). For publication of abstracts in the Abstract Booklet we require them on one-page format according to the template available on the conference website. Abstracts must be prepared in compliance with the instructions for writing definitive abstracts in the template to the deadline for the definitive abstracts.
Both oral presentations and posters are welcome. All papers from the Conference will be reviewed due to the achievement of the required scientific level according to the rules of scientific.net.
The papers of the invited lectures will be in the range of 8 pages, the oral presentations and posters will be in the range of 6 pages according to the instructions and the template available on scientific.net. Pay attention that 5 pages of paper are the lower limit required for the publishing in the Conference Proceedings. In the case of the poster presentation, the panel (poster snap frame) with the dimensions of 0.7 m wide and 1.0 m high will be available.
All accepted papers will be peer-reviewed and published in the Trans Tech Publications Ltd. (Scientific.Net).
